My bet is that Micron does not settle until they are sued. Then, as the litigation heats up, and RMBS threatens to deny MU the right to ship SDRAM if RMBS prevails in the case, MU will cave. By that time (early 2001), they will probably save face by saying that the market was now trending towards RDRAM anyway. Prophet
