If Korean market for cell phones is slowing as Snyder spews, why would Nokia go after new market share in a declining market. Many Koreans may make the same mistake of others and think Nokia is a Japanese moniker. There is no love lost by the Koreans for the Japanese. Besides Samsung makes KA phones and probably have some neat ones on the horizon.
