Ice- no need to over analyze it.remember these are abbreviations for sentences so the writer can get his or her thoughts out quickly. figuring them out isn't hard, just look at the entire sentence for what they are saying. TIWAGOS: doesn't even appear on that link you provided yet is a common saying, Take it with a grain of salt. and POS is a very common expression and the "intended meaning" isn't listed either yet everybody, well almost, knows what that means. LIR = Lateral Impulse Reaction is not what Larry meant.
