Dan, CNBC didn't have the interview "on the air". They switched over to Francis at his desk and he gave a 3 sentance blip which I repeated(including the "NEWS FLASH portion). DEC has the option of going after everyone they think is infringing or just to single out Intel. It seems to me if they go after Intel and prevail they will then go after all the others if they feel infringment is occuring. km
