Gene, I think that Barret meant that eventually the Dramurai may create their own IP, period. The "clean room" term was literal, places where wafers are processed. As far as I am concerned, the days of DRAM in general may be numbered (10 years?) to be supplanted by other technologies (and I do not mean OUM). I can think of at least three such approaches with 100 GBit/sec capabilities. Of course, it is tough to see Si based CPU going at such speeds, so no one will need memories with such speeds either.
