Allan, I did receive the proxy but am not tempted to support Dr. Rosen. I truely believe that his inability to focus the businness when he was running the show is why we are here today. I am also happy to see current management clean up the balance sheet and start to move forward. With that in mind, however, I wish that current mgmt were a little more open with its plans for the future (such as financing initiantives, increasing shareholder value, etc.) The people I know who own the stock continue to be bullish on BSFE and the technology (they own quite a bit of stock). Lets hope for the best.
