<<ARE YOU SAYING THEY HAVE NO EXTRA WELLS?>> No. What I thought I said was that Ultra was "lucky" in that it got 22 NEW locations with the June, 2000, Decision Record because its sections were in that 50% (approximately) of the acreage that was downspaced to 40-acre wells. The remaining acreage either was kept at 80-acre spacing or "lost" locations. The net effect is same total number of wells on about half the original acreage from the l997 Jonah EIS. That's why another whole Environmental Impact Statement wasn't required. The l998 Record of Decision can be found here: wy.blm.gov
