But you didn't make money the first month (ramp-up expenses), True. and you'd be hard pressed to serve anywhere near 10M customers. Can't argue with that. Don't I wish I could try<G> Scaling does cost money in the beginning. Just how long "the beginning" lasts is an issue with Amazon.com. Was it a requirement to try and scale so quickly? Glenn
