I don't advocate sending convicted felons to a country club, luxury hotel. Neither to I support nor advocate a system which allows innocent Americans to be unjustly executed.

If you cannot understand that principle and position and the philosophical basis that underlies it then you really have no understanding of the rights of an individual vs. the State, or for that matter those rights vs. an angry relative of a murder victim (or a lynch mob).
