It is not only unfair, it is anti-liberty and undermines individual freedom. Most Republicans I know (almost all "conservative" if you want to use that label), support most or all of those programs. Very few in the House or Senate advocate eliminating the IRS. They just pay lip service to a smokescreen called "the flat tax."
