I think NOK would not have signed deal with Telson unless Qualcomm assured it could deliver the large, additional number of chips, and Qualcomm would have had to have been informed before the deal by Telson who the ultimate buyer was, or Qualcomm would have been skeptical and not fully prepared to deliver them. Of course, NOK probably directly told Q of the number of chips contemplated it would be needing through Telson.
