"Operations will not be affected in any way by the resignation of Steve Bradford," says Reed He makes it sound as if Steve wasn't contributing to operations, or perhaps as if there aren't any operations to contribute to. One or the other. Steve owns a few shares, doesn't he? One would assume that he would be inclined to sell them, if he doesn't have enough faith in the company to want to work for it. Well, anyway it should reduce the cash burn a bit, if Dorian doesn't have to pay a CEO.
