Just goes to show you that accountants haven't a clue about what constitutes "goodwill" and why they should re-evaluate this change. In essesence they are saying that intellectual property has no assignable value. Anyone in high tech knows this is a false assumption. Idea's, concepts, and know-how have HUGE value. Bean counters... what more can you say... I wonder if they would say that they have no tangible or assignable value. OG
