Carl, I'll make a deal with you. After Kricfalusi & Mann were exposed, AZNT sued them, Shell, Mitchell, Pauly & others assisted him in the smear campaign of AZNT. Even after you were informed Mann was a fugitive, his claims were fabricated and he defaulted. You still, and to this day, still do, assist him & his associates that participate in the smear & shorting campaign that followed the promoters dumping and shorting his stolen stock. Individuals like Mann & your group prey on the niave who they convince to go public via a reverse merger, gut the company & leave no survivors. It just didn't happen this time. This is organized crime, to blame the victim is vulgar. You are pretty vile Carl.
Making such unfounded charges I find to be vulgar...It is apparent that people at AZNT were confused enough by statements such as these to start a lawsuit against us, which the judge ruled in our favor and against AZNT..there are definitive damages because of this. No way around that...
