Question to thread: If NOK/QCOM where to create an ASIC company/JV/spinoff/whatever, would it hold the necessary IPR to do all flavors of CDMA, plus GSM and TDMA, and any multi-modes thereof? Could NOK transfer IPR from pooling arrangements for GSM and maybe W-CDMA?

I would think our potential Intel Jr. would be pretty potent.
