Thanks . By reading those CCAA reports again they indicate that immediate revenue will come from the current operating franchises. It will be good to see the net operating income of the hotel, which should be significant since there is a 99% occupancy rate. I feel investors are waiting for these projects to be concluded and more revenue is coming. For a company with only $100000 cash on hand as indicated from the last 10Q report and almost 100% leveraged is probably a major factor why there is not a major surge to buy this stock now.
