Hi All,
I have lifted this from Stockhouse STS forum ,EGV the author puts it better than I can enjoy and may we all have a good week ahead

Regards
John

It is my understanding that Starpoint will commence trading on Tuesday 27th or very soon after. It appears that everything is in order and this should be an interesting day for all us investors. Long halts, such has been the case with STS usually means that there will be some selling pressure but I totally expect that the bulls will be trying to pick up some cheap stock as well.

Clearly, the trading delay has worked out quite favorably as the company is now poised to begin clinical trials in India in just a matter of weeks. The good news is that preliminary testing has been very successful and we should be in full swing by the end of July. As mentioned by the company, there are a number of milestones along the way and their Sept. payment is one of the more significant ones. I feel that there will be no problem as the company already has over 400k on hand. I am certain that the vigorous efforts of Mr. Taylor will prove successful in obtaining the adequate working capital over the coming months because the demand for the LPMS monitors are so attractive to the medical community. The $1,200.00 savings per birth are extremely significant when we consider the financial crises that are effecting the costs of medical care through out the world. Any product that can cut costs and improve patient care has got to be in great demand.

I do not expect STS to be a boring stock as there are just too many things on the agenda. We can all look forward to frequent news releases regarding financing, test results, medical approvals, and technical developments with their probe wireless palm device.

Despite all the attention given to the reverse takeover of Labor Control Systems I am equally exited about the company's valuable Congo property. I received a phone call from an associate early this morning who has many contacts in Africa and according to him we should see some major developments in regard to the United Nations efforts to bring peace and stability to Uganda, the Congo and surrounding countries. I am certain that the Starpoint directors are very much aware of the positive changes that may be developing and it would not surprise me in the least if they were able to obtain a farm out agreement with their diamond gold concession within the next six months.

Directors Harry Bristman and Mr. Iloft presently hold 4,137,890 shares and that speaks well for their confidence in the company and acts as a great incentive to develop and expand their interests and we should all benefit in the coming months. The big money of course will be in the $100 probes that will eventually go to market and the smart investor may choose to accumulate in the early stages.

I know that every STS investor is concerned about what the opening price will be and that is a difficult call to make. Based on my 26 years of experience, I would not expect a major gap up to occur but their will be, without a doubt institutional pros who will do their very best to manipulate the highs and lows. They are very aware of the inexperienced investors who are likely to get cot up to some degree in panic selling and that is when they will make their move. Selling pressure always results from a stock that has been halted for any length time unless of course a major development has occurred. This will probably be a classic example of the bulls verses the bears and I expect that it will continue for quite some time. Some media attention and comments from stock analysts is very likely within days of the opening as brokerage houses begin to play the investors. If the price is right I may sell some stock myself only to buy back on the lows as I intend to accumulate as much as I can.

The long term prospects for STS is very very encouraging and the patient investor is sure to do extremely well. If the sellers come on strong, I say let them go and I will be thinking of tomorrow and the possibility of some surprise announcements that are likely to come. The long delay has not in any way distracted me from the reality of Starpoint's very lucrative possibilities and I have chosen to be a part of their success.

I would like to personally congratulate the Starpoint Directors at this time for the extraordinary efforts that they have demonstrated thus far in achieving their present goal. The character of their handling of this company and their communications with the investors has served as a fine example of just who I am investing with. My comments may depict someone who would be an insider but that is definitely not the case, I just believe that my investment is in sound and sincere hands.

May the future be bright for ALL!???EGV
