WS, I think you have all the necessary input variables calculated into your formula. However, I think one of them is vastly underestimated. That is that it is not neccessarily understood the impact of the HGP/CRA collusion has. I really expect that a Clinton announcement will lift the curse off of this stock. Please input into you vector government support for CRA. tyia.
