It's a house of mirrors that is deserving of investigation by the FTC. OEMs say they can't refund because it's against their OEM contract with MS. --- Why should I have to sell my whole computer in order to just sell MS Windows? --- BTW, the EULA doesn't say contact your supplier for 'redress' it says contact your supplier for 'refund'. The OEM directs me to MS. Yes, I think about two people in Australia or someplace have been able to get a refund to date. -JCJ
