Michael A. Sylver, being first duly sworn, deposes and says:
1. That I am a resident of Las Vegas, Nevada.
2.That I have full and accurate knowledge of the facts contained herein; save those items represented to be based upon information and belief and I am fully competent to testify to the same in a court of law.
3.On numerous occasions Todd Pauley called Amazon Natural Treasures, Inc., and asked to speak with me.
(All I can say is liar)
4.On December 15, 1999, Todd Pauley sent me an ICQ message when on was on-line on my computer. I do not know how Todd Pauley was able to acquire my ICQ number as I never received any ICQ messages from anyone other than specific business associates. I thought it was odd that I would receive an ICQ message from an unknown person. Not realizing at the time who Tonto was, I simply answered the message: What is a Tonto?
(Once again Sylver lies. 1) I have never called AZNT. In addition, I have never called and asked for Mike Sylver. But what the judge was able to ascertain immediately from the ICQ History Log was that I had in fact ICQ's him on other occassions. It was not the first time he had received ICQ messages from anyone but "specific business associates", the History log proved that.
5.Approximately 45 minutes later, I received a telephone call in the Office from Todd Pauley. After I said hello, he asked if he was speaking with Michael Sylver. I said yes and asked who this was? He said: Todd Pauley. He then said why did you not answer my ICQ message ? do you have something to hide? I said answer who? He then said "you?(vulgarity)?are all?.(vulgarity)? We are going to get you?..(vulgarity).
(Once again, that never happened. No call and even my old RMIL critics know I am not vulgar)
6.Not appreciating language as such, I immediately hung up the telephone and advised him not to call here again. For the next several weeks, Todd Pauley and Jeffrey Mitchell were continuously calling Amazon Natural Treasures, Inc., and harassing personnel.

7.Subsequently, my ICQ message was talked about and posted on the Amazon Natural Treasures, Inc.?s chat rooms. This was brought to my attention individually and at separate times by Gary Dobry, Michael Kuhns, and Jerry Cammarack [sic]. A copy of the post is attached hereto as Exhibit 1 specifically incorporated herein.
It is, of course, all lies. Tonto never called him. With regard to that, note that he never suggested any such thing in the Daffydavit he filed back in February.
So he suddenly "remembered" that tonto and Jeff had called the "Office" "continuously" for "several weeks"?
Perjury is a Class D felony.
Tonto has submitted a sworn affidavit along with sealed evidence proving that he never made any such call or calls.
Note as well that all of the "collateral evidence" submitted with the pleading that contained the new Mikey affidavit was supplied to Mikey by none other than Puggles. His name and email address appear at the head of every exhibit, along with an editorial comment on the "meaning" of the post in question. None of these submissions is a screen print, and nowhere did the Puggle offer a URL for the original document. Worthless rubbish.
In addition, none of the "exhibits" attached speaks to the question of whether tonto actually called Mikey. It's all completely irrelevant, except insofar as it makes Pugs complicit in Mikey's apparent scheme to libel and defame tonto, and to commit perjury.
The sky is darkening with the wings of chickens coming home to roost...
Does anyone possibly believe after all the emails from Pugs regarding tonto to Q and S, that neither one would have caught the lies in that sworn affidavit and that Sylver actually asked as he explained, what is a Tonto? Of course he knew who was communicating with him.
