It appears there have been two recent 144 transactions regarding Largo..... Jun 21 2000 144: Intent to Sell Restricted Stock People Dec 22 1999 144: Intent to Sell Restricted Stock People On EdgarOnline these turn out to involve *Circuit City Stores Group*, which seems to be a subtended name of Circuit City, HQ'd in Virginia. My access to Edgar is limited, and these transactions have not shown up on InsiderTrader.com yet - so it will be interesting to see how many shares were actually involved; and whether Circuit City is "..bailing.." - or what..?!? John :-)
