Yes I found the sites you mentioned, however these are to post your question on a public forum. I simply wanted to click on customer support somewhere, and have a message box pop up, and send my request to Symantec. I wasn't interested in having it displayed on a public message board. As far as the phone support, gave up on that after being on hold forever.
