I certainly thought we would be there by now, but I was wrong as usual.

Who is an expert in auto insurance claims? Some dumb broad backed out of her gas stall into my little baby while I was standing beside it ready to fill air in the tires. I saw it coming and screamed, but it didn't do much good. At most, I need to get a grand out of the opposition to fix things right, probably a couple hundred less. Current approaches? I'm thinking cut fingers removing glass from housing or sympathetic whiplash as I watched my car get hit at 2 mph? -vbg-
