SOMERVILLE, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 26, 2000--Conolog
Corporation (NASDAQ:CNLG, CNLGW), an engineering and design company
that provides digital signal processing solutions (DSP), announced
today that it has fulfilled releases on its contract with Lockheed
Martin (NYSE:LMT) with the delivery of inventory valued at $300,000.
The Company estimates that the value of additional releases over the
term of the contract may reach up to $1 million by July 31, 2000.

has an excellent open relationship with Lockheed Martin, through which
we fulfill its product requirements in a series of releases over the
term of the contract. We have already fulfilled $300,000 worth of
