CrossKeys Delivers New ISP Software Over the Internet

CrossKeys Dyband being sold through new eCommerce site;
ISPs from around the world have already downloaded trial versions of the
software

Vienna, Virginia (June 22, 2000)-CrossKeys Systems Corporation (Nasdaq:
CKEY; TSE: CKY) has successfully launched its new commerce-enabled
website that allows Internet Service Providers (ISPs) to trial, purchase and
download CrossKeys Dyband[tm] software. Within days of the CrossKeys
eCommerce capability, over 100 ISPs on five continents had downloaded trial
versions of the software.

"Through our eCommerce site, we are delivering CrossKeys Dyband software
to ISPs worldwide 24 hours a day, seven days a week," says Steve Getz, Vice
President of Broadband Access Products, CrossKeys.

CrossKeys Dyband software addresses the key "last mile" issue facing wireless,
cable and digital subscriber line (DSL) service providers-how to deliver
consistent, reliable, high-speed service to home users, home offices and
businesses and maintain service profitability.

With CrossKeys Dyband software, ISPs can dynamically manage bandwidth
across all transport mediums (DSL, wireless, cable, leased-line, Ethernet, etc.)
supporting more subscribers on existing broadband connections, offer
unlimited tiers of service, and gain real-time and historical visibility into
service performance.

According to the analyst firm International Data Corporation (IDC), the US
market for delivering broadband services will skyrocket from $767 million in
1999 to $7.4 billion by 2003.

"In addition to CrossKeys Dyband software, we will use this eCommerce site to
sell and distribute new CrossKeys products currently under development," says
Ian McLaren, President and CEO, CrossKeys. "We are engineering our new
products for ready markets and with rapid, worldwide distribution in mind.
Time to market and speed to the customer's hands are driving CrossKeys
strategic plans forward."

CrossKeys eCommerce site accepts all major credit cards, purchase orders,
wire transfers and approved corporate checks as payment methods. Customers
choose the media on which they would like to receive CrossKeys Dyband
software (download or CD-ROM), and any options (such as ongoing customer
support). A simple and secure eCommerce format allows the customer to
move quickly through the purchase process and obtain a confirmation of their
transaction online and via email.

Every eCommerce session utilizes the VeriSignâ Secure Site Program which
verifies that all information sent to the site through a secure sockets layer
(SSL) session is encrypted, protecting against disclosure to third parties.

CrossKeys built its eCommerce site in conjunction with NetSales Incorporated,
a leading provider of managed eBusiness solutions. NetSales' strategic
partnerships with Cap Gemini/Ernst & Young, Cisco Systems, Chase
Manhattan Bank, Wells Fargo Bank and Time Warner enables their clients to
see immediate returns on their eBusiness investments.

NetSales is audited by a division of Ernst & Young every six months to ensure
their compliance with SAS70 (Statements of Auditing Standards Number 70)
security audit standards, some of the strictest in the industry, mandated by the
Big 6 accounting firms and all US banks.
