Eichler, Nice move today ! I'm afraid they have issued up to 20M shares !!! I think this is why LBRT have played so badly since . The agreement is for 90% of $561M divided by the average closing price of Liberate over the 5 trading days up to and including the trading day preceding the signing of a definitive agreement = about 25$. Please correct me if I'm wrong ... Silicon
