Been monitoring your crosstalk regarding GLOW, clarify several points: 1. Intercapital, through an offshore placement raised 1.5 million dollars for GLOW July of 1996. 2. I.G.R.I, through a merger, contributed to GLOW 1.3 million dollars to GLOW's treasury in October of 1996. 3. Online Casinos, Inc. and Online Software, Inc. have fully developed internet gaming software to go online immediately which is available for purchase. 4. Regarding FTET and Online Casinos, Inc., negotiations ended amicably when the two companies couldn't agree to financial terms.
