Everything was going fine and then in walks Yogi<g>

Yogi is supposed to come in at times like these to prevent forest fires.

In 19 trading days, the Naz went from an intraday low (on May 24) of 3042.66 to an intraday high (on June 20) of 4050.58. That is 1008 points or just about exactly 25 percent. When a market index does that, it is almost inevitable that a pause and pullback must occur, if for no other reason than to aid in digestion. I think in most cases it happens regardless of the news chatter.

The simple fact is that money managers deployed an awful lot of pent up cash to make that 25 percent gain happen. They need some time to reload the guns.
