Hi Jane, just taking a break from some landscaping I'm doing at the house from hell!<gg> I come here only for short periods, soon as its scoured and cleaned of those nasty toxins I will return, so I like to make my presence known here to prevent more theft and vandalism from occuring.
It's a beautiful sunny day here, it's hard to believe anything bad is happening in the world when I'm here listening to the birds chirping, feeding their young chicks, the coyotes singing and the beavers hard at work trying to flood my property..LOL it'a love/hate relationship..I'm afraid.
I know Jim S, would love to see me riding my tractor moving topsoil, of course I don't look so hot right now in my little black dress, kinda peaked from being sick, but hey I will be good as new soon..:)
I was just listening to the news conference on the completion of the rough draft of the human genome. What a fabulous accomplishment for the entire world. Hopefully, some of those dreadful diseases will be attacked at the source in the human gene some day soon. If you believe in God, doesn't it make sense that she<gg> meant for man to find out someday how life began and what sustains it. But I believe we weren't ready for it until this point in time. It's been just about fifty years less a day for the gene map to reach this point. According to some religions the number fifty is significant, of course, if you don't believe in God, it's all moot..<gg>
Back to my dirt now..I feel happy to be alive today. Hope you're having a good day Jane..
