On the contrary...<<Laws must not be based on emotion, but based on rights and they must not be subjective, but objective to be valid.>> Laws must not be based on emotion or rights. Laws must be based on principle. It is principle where in we may define rights and responsibilities. We have a huge problem with people going out and declaring the rights that they are entitled too, which are not solidly supported in the principles of our constitution. We now have a nation practically bankrupt with entitlement.
