A well defined principle is the foundation which supports the rights and responsibilities associated with it. It cannot "veer" away from the basic or inalienable rights that rest upon it. The "so-called" rights you mention do not exist because they are not founded on principle. Your "right" to health care can vaporize by a simple economic downturn or for a number of other reasons. If there were a principle that held human beings essentially responsible for acting on health concerns then I would be bound to stop and tend to you whenever you sneeze. You have no right to expect that of me and I have no inherent responsibility to care for your health. If I did, I would execute you for smoking cigarettes:)
