Vistar Datacom, Inc. and American Millennium Corporation, Inc. Sign GlobalWave Distribution Agreement
GOLDEN, Colo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 26, 2000--Vistar Datacom, Inc., Herndon, Va., announced today that American Millennium Corporation, Inc., (OTCBB:AMCI - news), has been appointed a VAR (Value Added Reseller) for Vistar's GlobalWave solution for remote monitoring and control of fixed and mobile assets.
Under the terms of the agreement American Millennium will provide Vistar's GlobalWave asset management and tracking solution to customers in the energy, industrial, commercial, container, transportation, and consumer vehicle markets throughout the 48 contiguous states and Canada. Coincident with the signing of the VAR agreement, AMCI has committed to purchase 2,000 GlobalWave units by year-end.
