Haim, i believe the idea is sound. we can probably expect positions to revert again after the eoq statements have been sent out. btw, a Canadian fund manager was recently fined for such tape painting tactics. nevertheless, that's exactly what is happening...naturally it has nothing to do with investing. regards, hb
