Salomon Smith Barney analyst Alex Cena thinks it would be
difficult for any of the Big 5 telecom companies (NOK, MOT,
ERICY, LU, NT)to acquire QCOM, noting the quasi-poison pill
QCOM has in place; also believes that a buyout of the
company could upset QCOM's royalty agreements with
remaining companies.
