Assuming the trials go well, and Nokia and M1 [Mission Impossible?] are able to begin commercialization, wouldn't the next issue on the table be the extent of the Q's IPR rights in DS CDMA? In this sense, i.e., that it might hasten negotiations about IPR, the Singapore network is probably a good thing.
