Looks like IP was about this low in the spring of 1994, lower than this in the fall of 1993.

I always find it amazing how many really secular moves in a stock begin right at the beginning of a calendar quarter. When you can get in on one of those, man it is pure heaven. Gonna be a lot of opportunities for that starting next week.
