FWIW....This was my response to Kool_Operator.

Unfortunately I think that delta sign that is in front of some of the numbers is the Korean equivalent of the negative sign. Here is the report for the end of April....

This shows the number of Korean subs as being 27.52m at the end of April. The end of May numbers shows 27.27m.

Also the article I had found a couple of weeks ago (which I didnt believe), showed 27.02m subs on June 13th.

Again, it is hard for me to believe that handset demand fell off a cliff BEFORE the handset subsidies were removed....maybe they changed the way they count subs. However if this is a true reflection of demand, it's going to effect earnings (if not this quarter, then next quarter).
