Guthy-Renker than charges for both web site development and hosting (renting virtual storefronts) noting the direct marketing its providing to "virtual tenants" which directs traffic to the mall's front door. This direct marketing makes it easier to find a prospective site, since a search through the mall's directory is infinitely more targeted and direct for specific products than through any search engine. z
