You may have gathered by now that my allusion to Moore's Law was partially in jest, partially to provoke, and related to how this axiom might relate to power production. Meaning, a doubling of electricity production at the same cost every 18 months.

I don't think this is achievable using today's technologies and under current circumstances, but I thought I'd throw it on the table just the same. A similar analysis which is often presented has to do with bandwidth in the telecom realm. "Can you apply Moore's Law to bandwidth utilization?" is the question that is asked.
