Rick, these were and are my feelings about Sanyo... Message 13105747 As I understand it, the Sanyo brand is like the Yugo of electronics in Japan. Sony is the Cadillac. I have posted subsequently that Sanyo was the leader seller of digital camera "guts" in 1999 and it apparently is a direct result of their investment in camcorder technology. I still don't know who is using Sanyo "guts". Is it Nikon and Olympus? (The Mercedes and BMW of digital photography, respectively.) Message 13287676 Aus
