Thread: The SEC just delayed implementaion until the 4th quarter on bulletin 101. While I was under the impression the SEC was going to provide clarification on the "acceptance" issue all they have done in this document is delay the implementation date. sec.gov Tim Edit - I assume they did not have time to write a good Q&A response. I will find out and post.
