cfoent, samim - Yes, lets clear this up, no unfounded rumors please ! Roberts Q3 estimate is also $.27

From posts 12352 & 12353:

<Roberts said he thinks investors are taking a ?very simplistic? view of the situation and that he remains comfortable with his above consensus estimates of 33 cents a share and $1.11 for the fourth quarter and all of fiscal 2000, respectively.>

<First Union's estimate is 3 cents above the consensus of 30 cents a share for the fourth quarter, as
reported by First Call's poll of 19 analysts. First Call is expecting a profit of 27 cents a share for the third
quarter, and $1.08 for the year. >

Roberts is $.03 higher than consensus for both Q4 & for the full year. That means he has to be at consensus of $.27 for Q3.

.25(Q1) + .26(Q2) + .27(Q3) + .33(Q4) = $1.11 Roberts

.25(Q1) + .26(Q2) + .27(Q3) + .30(Q4) = $1.08 Consensus
