Ecxcellent post.
The only problem is that the street isn't thinking the way you are. The street must be thinking or know something bad is happening or they could be totally wrong.

On the bad side
1. JBA integration isn't working as planned.
2. Last time we had a big drop from 60 bucks to 30 buck and then they had a profit warning only to watch the shares dropped even more to 22 bucks. The street could be thinking the same way but this time no profit warning but something else is up.
3. Lots of day traders and the chart is telling them to sell.
4. Y2K hangover

What we need when they report the quarter next month is.

1. JBA integration is going well
2. The ASP model is paying off.
3. No Y2K hangover
