Harmonic's conference call. This is not a 1Q problem. They cite AT&T, satellite sales, and lower encoder prices as the reason. They are about $23M short, if you add the $10M of Divicom sales that belong to C-Cube. C-Cube will need to report a loss for the 1/3 of the Qs Divicom business...................... stct.com
