Glad You Like The Concept..And Welcome To Both of You.

I just wanted a more mellowed out and less confrontational approach to sharing ideas in a more civilised and constructive atmosphere.

I know managing investments can be stressful ,but I see little advantage in taking these frustrations out publicly with the very people that may be able to help you.

Silicon Investor could have changed it's name to Silly-Bear Investor lately and no one would have batted an eye.It got to the point that if anyone actually did invest they were being harassed and called rude names.

This is a poor environment for intelligent discussion ,and the membership and quantity/quality of objective analysis has deteriorated immensely over the year.I just don't want to see SI go the way of Free Membership sites.

I wish this thread to become a place where folks can discuss the NASDAQ,it's components,individual companies, trends,global presence ,trading on it....etc..etc..etc..so we may all help each other improve our investing experience,and ultimately laugh all the way to the bank!

I'm Canadian and am not too familiar with it thus far,so I will be asking lots of " stupid questions " too,I think. Hopefully we will get members who are willing to help.

I hope to post as much analysis as I can find out there,and we can debate the soundness of them.These would include macro and geo-political economics as well as sector by sector NASDAQ analysis .Not so much individual companies,as there are usually threads for those.

I guess I will start by looking up the company MDEA tonight and see what they are all about.I'll let you know what I think.Thanks for the post DAN.
