Alliance Allows Mobile Work Force to Interact with Business Information On Mobile Phones, Pagers, Other Wireless Devices

STAMFORD, Conn., June 7 /PRNewswire/ -- i3 Mobile (Nasdaq: IIIM), a leading provider of innovative wireless media solutions since 1991, from personalized, localized information to e-commerce services, today announced that it will integrate its wireless service capabilities into Coreport(TM), the corporate access framework platform developed by Corechange, Inc. Corechange is a global provider of enterprise information (EIP), business-to-business (B2B), and business-to-mobile (B2M(TM)) access framework software.

The alliance between the two companies will enable users of the Coreport software to access and interact with corporate data on a wide range of wireless devices, including digital mobile phones and devices with Wireless Application Protocol (WAP) microbrowsers. Additionally, Coreport users will have wireless access to news, business and financial information, as well as email and personal information management (PIM) services from i3 Mobile. This alliance extends i3 Mobile's technology into the fast-growing business-to-business portal market.

Coreport is a leading e-business access framework delivering an individually tailored, browser-based computing environment to an organization's employees, business partners and customers. The Coreport access framework is unique in that it provides customized access to applications and information based upon the user's role within the organization. The software also enables access not only to web-based information, but also to desktop and legacy applications.

"In the fast-moving world of today's business, the need for access to corporate information is moving beyond the desktop," said Stephen G. Maloney, president and CEO of i3 Mobile. "Our alliance with Corechange further extends i3 Mobile's reach into the B2B market in partnership with a leading international provider of enterprise solutions.
