Well George sure does know how to profit from
Capital Gains derived from the public financing
of sports teams.

But what exactly, is George W.'s comprehension
of technology and what policies has he implemented
as the Governor of Texas to foster growth? Or were
many of these policies already in place when he
took office so growth would have happened anyway?
