>Hi KeepItSimple; Huh? Dude, it is simple. Rambus gave RMBS warrants to Hitachi execs in order to "convince" them to settle on terms that appear favorable to RMBS. Getting a few hundred million dollars worth of Scambus options is more money than these guys would make from a lifetime of selling chips. Of COURSE they took the one with the money! Wouldnt you?
