I think there probably is (US push on analog conversions perhaps and possibly 1xMC for SK Telecom, and Korean exports). I'm not ready to accept Snyders 50% reduction of actual to forecast either.

Edit: Kool says: "Those delta signs (triangles) you see in front of the numbers are not delta signs. They are UP arrows. That is the way they draw them in Korea. Therefore, subs were up by over 200K not down".
