Though a time frame is always
helpful.

It seems that when working with the market and in life
itself, 90% of the time things take much longer than,
we expect and have the patience for, the other 10% of the
time change (Mkt moves)occur like white lightening and it's this 10 % sudden movement that destabilizes our thinking and
reasoning and makes us impatient and expecting things to
always occur much quicker than they do occur, In terms
of change, price movement etc.
